We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel was situated on a pedestrian walkway with huge malls nearby, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as the room decor, felt a bit dated.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide range of food options to choose from. The staff at the front desks and concierge were friendly and provided great service, making us feel welcome and attended to. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being in the center of the city and close to key business and shopping areas.
One downside was the confusion we experienced with the hotel entrances. There were two entrances, but the signage and directions were not clear, leading to confusion trying to find the right entrance.

This hotel has an outstanding Spa & wellness centre with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were in excellent condition, offering a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. the massage service was superb, and the sun terrace a lovely spot to enjoy a peaceful moment. We also appreciated the friendly staff, providing excellent service with a smile.
The restaurant staff was a bit slow, and we had to wait longer than expected to be served. once the food came, we forgot about the waiting time, as it was delicious and well-presented.
